Teacher Financing is an Ontario teacher mortgage resource operated by Jeff Mudrick under BRX Mortgage Inc. We keep this simple: we only collect what we need to help you, and we never sell it.
What we collect
When you submit the teacher review form or contact us, we collect the details you provide: your name, email, phone (if given), teaching situation, school board or region (if given), income range, and any notes. We do not ask for your Social Insurance Number or banking logins on this website.
How we use it
We use your information for one purpose: to review your mortgage situation and respond to you. Your details go to Jeff Mudrick, Mortgage Agent Level 2 (Lic. #M21001275) at BRX Mortgage Inc. (Lic. #13463). We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties except as needed to arrange a mortgage you ask us to pursue, or as required by law.
Analytics
We use privacy-conscious analytics to understand how the site is used (for example, which guides are read). This data is aggregated and is not used to identify you personally.
Your choices
